My Tiny Humans
You've learned that I'm a mom, But I didn't tell you WHO created that title. Without these little humans, I wouldn't be a mother. Let me introduce my tribe.
Bentley Scott, the tiny human who first gave the most incredible title of mommy. Ever since I saw those positive lines on those silly pregnancy test, I was in love with the job of being someones mom. Bentley just turned four in November. He's gone from a 4 pound 5 ounce premature baby born at 33 weeks to a full grown little man! I must add that I never got the memo that being four practically makes you an adult! I mean, this kid is making his own sandwiches, cooking toast (with supervision of course) and even has the 'I'm a big kid' attitude. He's my mouthy one, and loves to test my patience when he's screaming at the top of his lungs or talking back.. But we're surviving together. He's also the sweetest one. The first to lend help when mom doesn't have enough hands to take care of groceries, feed the baby and cook dinner at the same time! This kid even helps me clean the bathroom from time to time! WIN! He loves star wars and if he follows his interest when he's grown, he's definitely in line to be a storm trooper. I've recently been given permission to take part in his Star War games because 'Mom likes it now'. (I don't, I hate it with everything in me, but I'm learning to tolerate it) He's helped me learn who I am meant to be and I love watching him grow.
Noah Robert, My second born tiny human. If you have a kid like him, you'll know what I mean when I say he's my 'asshole personality' child. He's 2 1/2 and such a little monster! But, in all fairness, I don't know what I'd do without the spice he's given my life. He spends his time making a mess, throwing things that shouldn't be thrown (did I mention he's broken 2 tvs and a tablet in 6 months with that pitchers arm he has) and the one to cause hate and discontent among his siblings. Hes also my funny guy. The one who does anything to get a laugh out of those around him. He's happy and his goal in life seems to be to make those around him happy. If you've met him, chances are he's made a smile come across your face a time or two. He loves sports, anything with a ball in fact. I'm pretty sure he's going to grow up to bring home a professional sports players salary if he has his way. He's taught me to just roll with the punches and that it never goes as planned because he will find a way to throw a wrench into it.
Kayden Michael. My almost 2 year old tiny human. Born at 30 weeks premature in February of 2017. He's the quiet one. Always has been. So easy, so mellow. Of course that's with the exception of telling him no! You'll hear the scream that could send windows into a million pieces. He has had a bit of a struggle finding his words but with a lot of work, we've managed to start finding them. He loves to chase his brothers around and be into whatever they're into. He hasn't found much of his interest yet but absolutely loves his blankets and his baby doll that must sleep with him! He's the problem solver of the bunch. You can watch his mind in motion and figuring everything out as he goes. If something is an issue, he's the first to find the solution. He has given me the bit of calm I need having such a busy life. He's the type of person I wish I was.
Carter Everett. My fourth and final tiny human. He's a foodie as they call it. He's only 10 months old and lives and breathes food. Sun up to sun down he want to be in the high chair munching on whatever he think you can get his hands on. I haven't met a food he don't like! If he's not eating, He's on the floor chasing his brothers on all fours as he have discovered the art of crawling. He hated it at first and from time to time still does! He's a spitting image of his brother Noah and appears to have the personality of his as well. Lord help me if he does because I'm not sure I can handle two spit fires..
